With Honour and Respect,

It is our pleasure to introduce you to the first-ever Muskoka Powwow to be held at Annie Williams Park, in the Town of Bracebridge, on June 29 & 30, 2024, on the shores of the Muskoka River. Once a Traditional Trading Route for our Ancestors. In honour of "The One Dish One Spoon Treaty" and Truth & Reconciliation, we are also celebrating the Summer Solstice, Indigenous Month and Multiculturalism Day. What better way to bring us all together peacefully and harmoniously, than with the "See Muskoka Through Our Eyes" first annual Powwow.

As you know, an event of this magnitude cannot take place without the generous support of business leaders, like yourself.

We would like to offer your small business a chance to participate with a sponsorship or an in-kind donation. For your partnership you will receive recognition of your business in various forms (website, social media, signage, etc.).

As this is a first annual event, the Bracebridge Chamber of Commerce has offered to support us by submitting grants (as they are a registered not-for-profit) and managing our financials, with the oversight of this committee. If you can contribute, you can write a cheque to the Bracebridge Chamber of Commerce with the memo indicating it is for the Powwow. A committee member can pick it up or it can be sent to 3 Ecclestone Dr. Bracebridge, ON P1L 1S4. If you prefer an electronic funds transfer, you can send it to

We are continuing to seek sponsorship to help fill in the gaps of the remaining funds needed. We are confident with your support and our committee's work; we will be able to put on a very full and successful event.

Miigwech, Niá:wen (thank you),
